Are deposits refundable?
Deposits will only be refundable if the client gives a 48-hour cancellation notice. I understand things happen and I am willing to work with clients if things come up. Sometimes life gets the best of us.
When will the final gallery be completed?
My goal is to have all photos from a session completed and ready to go in 1 week. Typically it is less than that, but a week gives me adequate time to review the photos and make sure they are good enough for the client. Please keep in mind, that depending on how long a client's session is and how many photos are taken can determine how long it takes to have them completed.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
I can not promise I will have extra time on the day of your session meaning I can not promise you will get to extend your session. If you would like to reschedule to a day that includes more time, please contact me and we can work something out.
What kind of gear do you use?
I utilize a Canon EOS RP mirrorless camera and a Canon 24-240 mm lens.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You do not, however, I can not promise how the quality of the prints will be if you order them or print them elsewhere.
What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?
In order for the client to get their deposit back, he/she must cancel within 48 hours. Canceling after the 48 hour mark is fine, but the client will not receive their deposit back. Rescheduling is always an option, however, it may be a few weeks before another appointment is available.
Do I get ownership/copyright of my photos?
While the copyright is owned by the photographer (Chasing the Views), once the photos are purchased, whether it be digital downloads or prints, the client owns the photos.
